R. Thomas Forr, Jr., Esquire

R. Thomas Forr, Jr. was born in 1946. He is a 1968 graduate of Juniata College and a 1974 graduate of Villanova University School of Law. 

Mr. Forr is a member of the Pennsylvania and Blair County Bar Associations and has been admitted to practice in the Western District of Pennsylvania, the 3rd Circuit and before the United States Supreme Court.

He served in the United States Army from 1968 to 1971. He served as a State Side Company Commander and as a Civil Affairs Officer in Vietnam.

He and his family have been involved in the Pro-Life movement for over 30 years, and he is married to the former Patricia Burke of West Pittston, Pennsylvania. Mr. Forr is the proud father of three children, namely Marita, Thomas, and Mary Therese. 

He has substantial experience in criminal law along with an extensive practice in estates and wills. He is an active member of St. Therese's Roman Catholic Church and has been involved as a member of both the Parish and School Councils.

William J. Stokan, Esquire

Mr. Stokan, a partner in the firm of Forr, Stokan, Huff, Kormanski & Naugle, has practiced since 1976 in Blair County, focusing upon matters of personal injury, automobile accidents, insurance claims, wills, estates, and trusts. 

He graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1976. He previously attended LaSalle University from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1973.
Mr. Stokan, likewise, is a trained Mediator, and he has conducted numerous mediations in various cases for Blair County Courts. He is a Mediator in the Federal Western District Courts as well.

Mr. Stokan is licensed to practice in and before all the Courts of Pennsylvania and in the Federal Court system as well. He is a member of both the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Blair County Bar Association.

Mr. Stokan has sat on various boards such as Altoona Central Catholic, Bishop Guilfoyle High School, St. Therese Roman Catholic Church, and St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Lakemont. He serves as a Solicitor for the City of Altoona Zoning Hearing Board and serves as an Arbitrator for the Blair County Courts.

Personally known as "Bill," he is married to Mary. Mr. Stokan has two sons, Brad and Craig, and four grandchildren, Ethan, Gavin, Avery, and Tanner.

He is an avid sports fan, has coached at numerous levels of soccer, basketball, baseball, and hockey, following all sports through the high school, college, and professional levels, having a particular preference for the colors "black and gold."

James R. Huff, II, Esquire

James R. Huff, II was born on April 30, 1956 in Columbia, Missouri. He is a 1977 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University with a B.A. in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Mr. Huff is admitted to practice law before all states and local courts in Pennsylvania as well as federal court for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Huff is a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

He has been practicing law since 1980 and has served as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the Western District of Pennsylvania for over 12 years.

Mr. Huff has been married to his wife, Barbara, a School Nurse / RN, for over 25 years, and they have three children.

Mr. Huff is an avid sports fan and was a wrestler in high school and college and has coached numerous youth sports, including girls' volleyball, youth flag football, and little league baseball. Currently, he enjoys sailing, tennis, jogging, and traveling with family and friends.

Mr. Huff, an Eagle Scout, is active in the community, having served in numerous capacities, including Chairman of the Hollidaysburg Borough Civil Service Commission; Elder, Deacon, Sunday School Chairman, and Youth Ministry Chairman at First Presbyterian Church of Hollidaysburg; Chairman of Good Beginnings Preschool Board; AMBUCS - Altoona Chapter (2 time president); American Red Cross Board - Governance Committee; Blair County Bar Association Board of Governors; Hollidaysburg Area Baseball Association; Boy Scouts of America - Cub Scout Leader; Blair County Republican Committee; Consumer Credit Counseling Advisory Board; former Divorce Master; Blair County Arbitration Panel; and, Easter Seals of Central PA.

Traci L. Naugle, Esquire

Traci L. Naugle is a native of Altoona, Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Pennsylvania State University in 2001 and her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 2004. 

Ms. Naugle has been representing clients in social security disability, real estate, estate, civil and corporate matters ever since.
Ms. Naugle is admitted to practice before all the courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court. 

She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Blair County Bar Association.  

She has served on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Board of Governors of the Blair County Bar Association, and as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Statewide High School Mock Trial Competition Board. 

She has also served on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board Hearing Committee. Ms. Naugle is a member of the Rotary Club of Altoona and has served on its Board of Directors. 

 She is also a member of the Hollidaysburg Community Chorus and has served on its Board of Directors. Ms. Naugle is an active member of Bethany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Altoona.

Mary Ann Probst, Esquire

As an accomplished attorney, Attorney Probst's legal experience has included all aspects of criminal law and family law, including divorce, custody, and support issues. 

In addition, Attorney Probst has significant experience in estate and juvenile law.

Attorney Probst received a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Pennsylvania State University and Juris Doctorate from Widner University School of Law.

In Fall 2008, Attorney Probst was named Program Coordinator of the Criminal Justice Program at Penn State Altoona. Previously, Attorney Probst lectured at Penn State Altoona for nine years in Criminal law, Constitution law, Criminal Procedural and Courtroom Procedures and proudly served as an educator and attorney coach for the Penn State Altoona Mock Trial Teams. 

In 2005, Ms. Probst was the recipient of the Outstanding Lecturer Award from the Penn State Altoona Student Government Association.

Since 2000, Attorney Probst has been an active member of the Board of Governors of the Blair County Bar Association and presently serves as its Treasurer and Chairperson of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.

Attorney Probst has been a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee. Ms. Probst is admitted to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the United States District Court and Bankruptcy Courts of Pennsylvania. 

She has argued before various local, state, and appellate tribunals in an effort to serve the needs of Blair County's citizens. Attorney Probst continues to serve as a Guardian Ad Litem representing children's interests in dependency hearings in Blair County.

Gregory S. Olsavick, Esquire

Gregory S. Olsavick has proudly served clients since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1981. 

He is also admitted to all Federal District Courts in Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. 

In 2007, Mr. Olsavick was admitted to the Maryland Bar and is currently a member of the Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Blair County Bar Associations.
Mr. Olsavick earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Economics from the University in Pittsburgh in 1978 and his Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1981.

Mr. Olsavick is married to Kim and has two daughters, Katelynn and Hollynn. He is a huge fan of the Pitt Panthers and the Pittsburgh professional teams.

Tyler A. Rowles, Esquire

Tyler A. Rowles was born in 1986 in Altoona, PA. Mr. Rowles graduated from Altoona Area High School in 2004. He then attended the Altoona campus of Pennsylvania State University where he graduated in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. 

Next, Mr. Rowles attended Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg and graduated in 2012.

Mr. Rowles has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar since 2012. He is a member of the Blair County Bar Association and is an ardent participant in the Young Lawyers Division of his county bar association.

Mr. Rowles has experience in the areas of criminal and family law; this includes litigation experience as well as appellate work. He is also a Guardian Ad Litem in Blair County, serving as the legal representative for children involved in Blair County Children Youth & Families cases.

Mr. Rowles is involved in the community through multiple endeavors. He is a current member of the Fort Roberdeau Association board. He is also the vice president of the church council at First English Lutheran Church in Tyrone, Pennsylvania.

Additionally, Mr. Rowles participates in the Pennsylvania Bar Association / Young Lawyer’s Division High School Mock Trial competition as an attorney advisor for one of Tyrone’s mock trial teams.

Mr. Rowles is married to Zena, and he has two stepsons, Eric and Ethan. He is an avid historian and participates in local events with a living history group. Mr. Rowles also enjoys sports and has a passion for professional football and his team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.
